Equipment Standards (Per Station):

Female Athletes:

Dumbbells (DB): 7.5 kg
Sandball (Lighter): 10 kg
Sandball (Heavier): 15 kg
Sandbag Carry: 15 kg

Male Athletes:

Dumbbells (DB): 12.5 kg
Sandball (Lighter): 15 kg
Sandball (Heavier): 25 kg
Sandbag Carry: 25 kg

Required Movement Competencies:

Athletes should be able to perform the below movements with the above mentioned weights:

Running
Burpees
Sandbag / Ball Carry
Lunges
Slam Balls
DB Snatch
Goblet Squats
DB Thrusters
Ball Over Shoulder
Sandbag Lunge
DB Clean

These movements are required standards and may or may not feature in the event, and are subject to change at the organisers discretion. Weights will not be changed.
